Boostly. What's your experience?

We use ownerRez for my wordpress website, orchardprops.com.  We currently have 2 STR properties.  I just signed a contract with Boostly but now I am having cold feet.  I'm wondering if the investment is worth it and if the "guarantee" is achievable.  My direct booking rate is just 35% currently (nearly all return guests) and the $3000 fee would certainly be worth it if it is true I can get to 65% in a year.  We do pretty well with communication and upsell to booked guests using OwnerRez.  But new bookings almost always come from the OTAs.

Does anyone have recent experience working with them? 

What's your recommendation?
