It'd be great to know when a guest has a added a new credit card to their reservation for instances when I'm waiting for it... like after I've sent them a link to add one, or if their scheduled payment has failed and they need to add a new card. I'm finding that I have to manually schedule their second payments for bookings that were made without credit cards being on file. So it'd be nice to know when they've done that so I can schedule their payment.
Additionally, it'd be nice to be able to chose which automated emails get sent to me when a guest books. Right now I get a total of 7 emails for every booking that comes through. Two that are by my design (and the ones I actually need), and 5 that come automatically from OR, only 1 of which has some usefulness to me. So it'd be nice to be able to choose which ones I get.
I mean, the more control you can give over how our templates, triggers and notifications function, the better.
