Allow recurring tasks that auto-generate a new instance (with property & assignment) at set intervals (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc). Optionally send emails/SMS to the assignee as desired. Allow skip/complete/reschedule without breaking the series. Include basic reminder options (before/on/overdue) plus an audit trail. This enables reliable, hands-off scheduling for routine maintenance like quilt laundering, filter changes, battery replacement, inspections, etc.
This eliminates the need for third-party scheduling/reminder tools and brings OwnerRez in line with competitors that already offer this feature.
As a side note, in the Tasks page, it would be helpful to display the actual created date in addition to the "Number of days ago".
