Guests are required to upload a photo of their valid ID and credit card when signing the rental agreement. These files are automatically stored in OwnerRez under the Files tab.

If the Custom Field definitions are set as being Required entries, the Point of Contact form cannot be completed without uploading those files. That requirement negates this feature request from being necessary.
If you are seeing bookings come in where they complete their POC form and sign their Renter Agreement but have not uploaded their ID, please write in a support ticket including that Booking ID via email, or using the in-app Ticket option under your Help menu.
