Rezzy "Already Resolved"

Two items for improvement.  1) When it is obvious that a task is already resolved- example: guest wants to add a pet to their stay.  Pet is added to the booking data.  Can Rezzy recognize this and automatically resolve the task?  When I clear my tasks, about 80% are already resolved.  The administrative burden is great when you are combing through 20+ tasks.  

2) Can we add the Rezzy triage buttons to the inbox?  The administrative burden of responding, then going back to the tasks just to click "resolved" is daunting.
