OwnerRez platform is a great tool for individuals who want to manage their own property! The support team is friendly and very knowledgable regarding their platform and VRBO/Airbnb platforms. There are plenty of help tutorials and instructions to assist in building your site. If you are a newcomer to property management - I highly recommend ProConnect.
There is nothing at this point that I least like regarding OwnerRez.

I highly recommend this system for users with multiple properties. The help desk is very knowledgeable and has timely response time.
Alternatives considered: Guesty.
Reason for choosing OwnerRez: OwnerRez was more robust and offered better ease of use.
Once set up, the system is very user friendly. The reporting feature is very robust and easy to use. Using OwnerRez as my property management system definitely makes me more productive and helps me keep track of everything at a glance.
I have no complaints about the system itself. Since I have been using is (4 years), it has gone up in price, which is disappointing. That is my only con about the system.
OwnerRez has been a great platform for managing vacation rentals, but what really makes it stand out is the level of care from their team. Especially Steve. He’s been my go-to every time I’ve needed help, and it’s clear he knows the platform inside and out. It’s rare to get this kind of support these days, and it genuinely makes the whole experience better. Highly recommend OwnerRez if you’re looking for a reliable system with stellar support.
What I’ve loved most about OwnerRez is hands down the support. Every time I’ve hit a wall or had a technical hiccup, Steve from the support team has come through in a big way. Not only does he respond quickly, but he also explains everything clearly and gives me a step-by-step plan so I never feel stuck. Honestly, having someone like Steve on the other end makes all the difference when you’re trying to keep things moving. Outside of support, the platform itself is solid. It does exactly what we need to manage multiple vacation home properties. Updating listings, managing bookings, and keeping things running smoothly is all very intuitive once you get into it. There’s also a great knowledge base if you ever want to dig into something yourself.
There was a moment where I ran into some trouble trying to implement custom code for a design update. But even that turned into a positive. Steve didn’t just help fix the issue, he actually gave me an even better workaround that made the whole process simpler and more effective. So yeah, it started as a “con,” but with support like that, it barely even counts.
