    I have received 2 bookings this morning. They are imported into OwnerRez okay, but none of my booking confirmation emails or copies of emails sent are coming through to me today. Is anyone else seeing this? One booking was from Airbnb and the other from Booking.com.

    I am wondering if it is my email or an OR issue.

    My county has a limit on guests per week.  I can only rent the house to one guest in 7 nights.  However, I want to have a minimum of 2 nights in the winter.  Any idea on how to set this up?

    So, two questions:

    1. Should the discount settings from OwnerRez override the settings in Airbnb, or do they stack? Should I have in fact set them at zero in Airbnb?

    2. Do the discount settings from OwnerRez show up on Airbnb, and if so, why are they showing up semi-randomly?

    Hi Adria, thanks yes I can send what info i have on this if you still require? I just double checked the fee is actually 13.2% not 13.5% (including GST). Thanks for the tips on how to get around this, I will investigate further.
