For example a 1 night stay would have a minimum charge of $50 but a 10 night stay would have a maximum charge of 200.00 for stays of 2 to 8 nights it would be $25 x the number of nights.

I have a guests checking in 2 days and did not sign my rental agreement or paid the security deposit. The guest however paid in full through Airbnb. I checked the triggers for the rental agreement and the security deposit hold in ownerrez and it says no email address on file. If the guest does not have an email to complete these steps; How do I handle this situation?

One picture is a QR link to a store where guests can enhance their stay by purchasing products and/or services. That is not related to evading commissions.
I have guests that checked out a few months ago from my direct booking and I thought a review trigger template was set up when I did the set through Ownerrez.
Where do I find the steps to set up a trigger for direct booking reviews. Do I set it up to trigger on check out day, or 2 days after?

This is possible now if you use three separate surcharges with criteria to apply the different breakpoints — a $50 surcharge with number of nights = 1 criteria, a $25/night surcharge with number of nights 2 to 8 criteria, and a $200 surcharge with number of nights > 8 criteria.
