We went all-out for this year's STR Wealth Conference as a gold sponsor and were excited to see so many OwnerRez users in attendance!
The event took place from February 5th - 8th, 2024 in Nashville, TN, at Music City Center. Attendees enjoyed a 4-day immersive journey that left them feeling like unstoppable rock stars in their career and personal life. This event was not an average hotel ballroom...
Hi -
Newbie here and I'm trying to wrap my head around holidays.
I found this blog: the forum, but can't seem to find where the settings are.
I have set up season rates and set all of the holiday settings for if it's weekend, etc. but I can't seem to find where based on the holidays I can set an increased rate either by % or...
Channel Bridge has worked perfectly since I started using it a year or so ago.
Recently, when I try and download the most recent bookings, I get an error which says;
" Airbnb is asking for a two factor authentication check to access the transaction history. Go to the future transactions tab on your Airbnb transaction history:
Hi,
Is anyone else having the issue with booking and calendar widgets which are set to "all properties" but showing for all properties data from the default property (i.e. first property on the drop-down lists)?
It looks like it's since yesterday.
Thanks
Hi folks, I don't see this feature available. Did this land and maybe I can't find it?
I would love to get notified when my batteries are low as we've had a few close calls recently.
Thank you! by Kim M (/forums/users/347454437) – Jun 10, 2025 12:51 AM (UTC)
Hey Kim,
Not yet. It's planned, but we've not reached a point to be able to push it into development yet. We'll keep everyon...
Their product looks beautiful! I'd love to see how the OR rental agreement flows into their system if anyone is already integrated and cares to share!
It also looks like currently there's no 2-way-sync of check-in/out times -- which is enough of a drawback to make me need to hold off for now. Any ETA on if/when that may be added to the integration?
Hey Michael,
A part of our solution includes an AI unified Inbox. At the moment this inbox works with all channels (Airbnb, SMS, Email, Whatsapp) once a reservation is confirmed. Once we have access to OR's messaging API (that is still being developed) we will also be able to support inquiries. Either-way though, templates and triggers will run through Enso Connect!

I have connected both of my properties to GVR and in OwnerRez the Listing Status states "Active" in green. Under synced it says "Sync Requested". Does this mean my listing is active and should be showing up on GVR? I can't seem to find my listing. What does Sync Requested mean? by Umi Haft-Funke (/forums/users/347391664) – Mar 26, 2024 8:12 PM (UTC)
Umi, have you checked the My GVR listing i...

Great, Umi! You should be able to view your live GVR listing by clicking on the green listing link on your GVR API Integration page.

I intergrated with GVR 3 weeks ago and it still shows pending. Why is that? by Toni L (/forums/users/347429625) – Mar 26, 2024 3:35 PM (UTC)
Toni, as we stated in our GVR Overview (/support/articles/google-vacation-rentals-overview) support article, "Users can expect a delay of 2+ weeks before their properties go live on Google Vacation Rentals due to a manual onboarding process by Google...
It seems that most folks are just creating a season for the specific holiday period - is that the preferred way and if so, why have the holidays functionality. by Liz F (/forums/users/347445743) – Mar 10, 2024 8:46 PM (UTC)
Yes, that's the preferred way.
The holidays functionality, as it exists, is somewhat of a leftover artifact from the early days of OwnerRez, that turned out to not rea...
If we currently have it setup as Criteria > Listing Sites > All, (which includes GVR), can we just keep it this way?? by TreasureIsland (/forums/users/347392357) – Mar 18, 2024 11:41 PM (UTC)
Sure - the example was if you wanted to have a surcharge that applied only to Google. If you're content with a surcharge that applies in every case, that's just fine.
