    When you select crib in OwnerRez, it pushes to Airbnb top line sleeping summarization as a regular bed. For example, we have  2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 doubles and 1 crib. It feeds the information to Airbnb as such:

    Bunk beds are also available in Double or  Queen. In which case I have the Double. Providing the right size would mean that 4 people could sleep in this bunk bed instead of 2. I could switch the beds to 2 Doubles, but guests need to know that it is a bunk bed.

    Also, my sleeper sofa is Queen size pullout and not a Double. The OwnerRez system generates it as a double.

    As a victim of the LA fires (with 2 properties lost) the Snooze feature is very welcome. I was trying to figure out how to manage (as of now I have disabled them in the Channels) and wanted to reduce my OR costs (as it will be 2-3 years) before they are rebuilt and back online but was hesitant to delete them. Is there a reason why the Snooze feature still incurs the same fees since the user is not...
