    Currently, we have a 2 day minimum before arrival for all of our guests. We need that window to prepare our properties and we don't take last minute bookings. However, our owners can book themselves on the owner portal and come pretty much anytime. Even the same day, which is nearly impossible during our busy seasons. I'd like to able to have the same 2 day minimum for the owner blocks.

    1. Booking.com has allowed a date change to an already occupied date.
    2. The original booking is still in the Ownerrez calendar.
    3. The new booking date isn’t (possibly due to it already being booked).

I'd like to see everything related to guest communications in one place, communications, rental agreement sent/signed, triggered messages sent.  This would show me the total communications with the guest in one place.  Also, when a guest makes an instant booking, the rental agreement goes out to them, they sign it and the confirmation message goes out to them.  Until...
