A 20% last minute discount has been applied to a Vrbo booking for August 2025. The reservation was made in June 2024.
The discount should apply when the following condition is complied with: "Arrival Days From Now is Less than or Equal To 60 Days"
At present, the discount has been disabled but I am not sure if it was in June 2024.

I am using API for Airbnb and VRBO and direct booking via a non OR site widget. I have created 2 custom rental agreements to tailor liability language (we have a treehouse but no hot tub, etc) and to allow for collecting a security deposit for VRBO and direct, but not for Airbnb.

I'm trying to dynamically build a channel message:
paragraph 1: text
paragraph 2: included only when a condition is met
paragraph 3: included only when a condition is met

I want to send this channel message x days prior to arrival date.
...to communicate with guests directly through their email. Unfortunately, the channel doesn't always supply client email. One channel seems to pass the guest email through in the booking less than 1/2 the time.
I want the ability to test to see if the email was provided. I have a series of templates delivered to guest emails. When the email is not provided none of the templates is sent....

2. No. just like #1, GVR uses some version of logic/AI to choose what 1st photo will be. Vrbo made a couple of attempts to use "AI", got bad results (ex: bathroom photo being the lead photo), got big backlash, and rolled it back.. they may be doing it again. My listings show my lead photo on Vrbo. YMMV
