When reviewing the quotes OwnerRez generates, there’s a serious formatting issue with how lodging rates are displayed, especially on multi-night stays.
Example from a 3-night booking (the forum is not allowing me to upload images but this is basically the format on the site):

I offer additional nights to upcoming guests at a percentage off. I've done this in the past by using an additional quote but it's always a hassle with cleaning fees, notifications, etc. What's the best way to add an extra night to an existing booking at a special price without going through the OTA's and kicking off notifications and adding cleaning fees?

Roku "Guest Mode" is the biggest waste of time, and a completely useless feature that vacation rental hosts really can not use!

If Schlage adds the Arrive to their API I am sure we would gladly add support for it. However, per Schlage's documentation, the Arrive is not currently a supported device in their API.
