    The difficulty here is that while some emails may return a status of opened, that is entirely dependent on the recipient's end. Some spam blockers prevent us from being able to see whether the email has been opened or not. There's no consistency there to rely on that would be a triggerable event every time.     Welcome guides are not supported by the API between OwnerRez and Vrbo at this time, I'm afraid. I believe once you're API connected, there's no longer a place to include it on the Vrbo end. 

    However, what you enter on the Property > Guest Instructions page can be leveraged in Field Codes in OwnerRez messaging! By doing so, you have more control over who is able to receive that inform...

    This took some digging... it seems that you're trying to delete a photo that's currently in use as the header or the theming logo. 
    Look at a preview (or signed guest copy) of your Renter Agreement to see which photo is in there. You'll then want to go to Settings > Theming  and remove any of those small photos from being theme logos.

    Once that's done, you should be able to delete the pictures...

    Hi Diana R,

    This week's release included some new conditions for New or Repeat Guest. It doesn't tag the guest automatically on departure, but it does allow you to configure a Tag Automation (/support/articles/tags-automations) so if the system sees that the same guest is booking again, it will tag them as a repeat guest at that point.

    For a current workaround, you could change the zoom on your screen to be something smaller than what it's currently set at. For example, the tags column doesn't disappear on my screen until the zoom gets to be over 125%, if I set my zoom at 80%, I can see all of the booking columns on my laptop screen. That doesn't work for everyone, although it's an option....
