    Security holds in the UK.

    Is there anybody out there that uses OR in the UK willing to share their settings for taking a security hold?

    I’m getting somewhat frustrated by the security holds failing.

    They either fail when the guest inputs their details onto the OR page and the guest is left with a permanent ‘processing please wait’ while nothing happens.

    Or….

    They fail on the 2 factor...

    My ownerrez properties are suddenly not connected to pricelabs today. They appear in PriceLabs but when I try to update pricing I get an error saying there's an issue connecting to OwnerRez. Is this a common problem? I've had them all connected with no issues for years.

    The new inbox is very un-user-friendly, I hardly use it. 

    Do not remove the legacy messaging system, I think you call it "compose box" it's much easier to use, and has a clean interface.

    I would like the ability to automatically post expenses per property, either through an API integration or the Quickbooks integration.  This way, each time an expense hits one of my owner's accounts, the expense would be automatically reflected in OwnerRez.

    Both. The default check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am because you only allow for one time and this fits the majority of the year. We change those times to an hour different if we have a same day check out (so 5pm check-in and 10am check-out). And sometimes guests ask if they can check in an hour early (3pm) and we can grant that if it's available.

    agreed - it's cumbersome to search through multiple threads with the same guest just because some communication was email, some channel, and some SMS.  The conversation thread brings it all together letting you choose on the spot which thread to use.  I think that until they link each inbox thread to be a complete conversation history with a given guest, it will be difficult.
