    Instead of RezzyAI responding immediately, I would love for it to be able to be set to delay a reponse to a set amount of time later. 

    Say a guest messages at 8:00 pm, it would be great to have Rezzy AI take 3 minutes to respond, so it would reply at 8:03 pm. Such an immediate response that it does currently does really show that it's software/AI responding as humans couldn't send it that fast....

    Major Dittos.  I woke up to about 50 tasks, all urgent because I just re-enforced the RA through Airbnb.  That's not the issue.  The issue is that I have to manually copy and paste the RA link to every single guest that says they can't find the link.  If Rezzy can read all other booking data- guest count, pet, etc.  Why can't it read and send the RA link?  Can this be a priority feature request?  E...

    Thanks, Anne. To my knowledge, "Include bookings that arrive by the statement date and prorate amount if departure is after statement date" has always been an option on the PM Statement. Are you saying that selection now also prorates the expenses not just the booking revenue? As in ALL expenses? (Pro-rating a cleaning fee, for instance, is not super helpful. Just the commission.)

    It's super helpful when Rezzy can respond in the guest's native language, but you've got to be able to know what she said without having to copy / paste into a third party translation app! We definitely have plans to add translation options in the inbox in the near future.
