    I don't think you are getting my point. You can say 1/3 upfront or $200 up front. But the bottom line is the quote will never match the agreement. If you have 3 or 10 payments OR will always say upfront is X and then the balance is due on Z.

    On the time-based lock, I had the keypad go bad multiple times over a 1-2 year period. They asked for us to send video, which we did. Certain numbers (like 2 or 3) on the keypad would not work whatsoever. You had to mash your fingernail in it super hard or even use a nail or something sharp and strong and eventually even that stopped working. So we sent videos. They sent a keypad replacement....

    My questions was about mixed set up 2 of my properties do not have BDC paymenst, one does. I was asking how channel can handle that?

    Still to date I have had only about 4 BDC bookings.. that is 2 properties for a year.
