Bunk beds are also available in Double or  Queen. In which case I have the Double. Providing the right size would mean that 4 people could sleep in this bunk bed instead of 2. I could switch the beds to 2 Doubles, but guests need to know that it is a bunk bed.

Also, my sleeper sofa is Queen size pullout and not a Double. The OwnerRez system generates it as a double.

That way I can filter for all those arriving in the next 2 weeks
who have 2 or more bookings
Then I can give them a special gift or arrange to setup an outdoor movie night for them

Can we add this to the Bookings List filters?

...that wifi locks consume a lot of battery unless you change them so they "heartbeat"  and only come online every once in awhile to check for things.  What has been your experience with batteries?

Some Questions:

1. If using OR with some premium features, what mgmt steps will remain in VRBO vs moving to OR?...

Thanks for the direct and honest feedback, Dori123. You're not alone. Many many OR users have asked about the QuickBooks integration. We have planned and designed but had to sit on them over time as other things have gotten in the way.

There are basically two types of QB updates:

1) A big overhaul that needs to be done that will change the entire process for how OwnerRez bookings/payments...

In the off season we have at most 50% occupancy, either way that is not many bookings a month. $5 a booking might be possibl...
