...at booking as well.
If you use the default OwnerRez renter agreement for your bookings, give that a quick look when you get a free minute. We changed it recently to a bigger better style with more stuff in the header and first couple of paragraphs. This is a format we've been using for awhile in our Concierge Setups, and we wanted everyone to have it.

Always process Travel Insurance. We have a "Confirm and Finalize" page where users often go to make 'pending' bookings permanent. The confirm page runs the guest's card and does a bunch of stuff including processing Travel Insurance requests. However the user can bypass this by going to the payments area and just running the guest's card directly. When they do that, the booking's 'pending' s...

The last big enhancement is kind of a nerdy one and might fall under the "dev ops" stuff we don't talk about publicly. However, we decided to mention it here because it might lead to some changes you see in the user interface. We've been cleaning up our dates and time zone logic to cor...

Make widget help article link clickable again. In the widgets area, there's a link to our support articles that explains how to use the Embed Code and other widget stuff. The link was hidden by something over top of it, but all better now!

We recently (just in the past few days) released an update to make the rate calendar much slimmer and easier to use on mobile and tablet displays. The top header stuff is greatly reduced and the "set" button row is also collapsed. This allows an entire month of days to show easily in your smartphone window. Here's a pic:

EDIT: Maybe you knew about that and you're referring to deeper integration - like automating triggers for that. Very high on our To Do list. we have some great stuff dropping in the next couple weeks but unified inbox, SMS and website changes are very much front and center.

Google doesn't search stuff in widgets as well as they do things that are written out directly on the site which is why we've so far avoided making widgets for the content parts that you do want to SEO.
Ahh, normality. Soon, hopefully!
