Kristin K. Ingram is a former vacation rental management company owner with more than 20 years of experience in property management, hospitality, business operations, and owner relations.

After building and operating her own Florida vacation rental management company, Kristin successfully sold the business in 2025 and now provides vacation rental operations and business consulting through K. Ingram Advisory, LLC. As an OwnerRez Certified Advisor, she helps vacation rental owners and property managers set up and optimize their OwnerRez accounts, improve operational workflows, strengthen owner and property management processes, and identify opportunities to operate more efficiently and profitably.

Kristin brings an operator’s perspective to OwnerRez consulting. She understands that a property management system isn’t just software—it sits at the center of reservations, guest communications, payments, owner relationships, reporting, taxes, channel management, and the day-to-day operation of a vacation rental business.
