Airbnb 28+ Night Rental Agreement Exception – Does OwnerRez Automatically Exclude Shorter Stays?

I have two properties connected to Airbnb through OwnerRez, and I'm trying to understand how the new rental agreement exceptions work.

One property has a 28-night minimum, so requiring a rental agreement for all Airbnb guests is straightforward.

However, my other property allows stays from 6 to 60 nights. I want to require a signed rental agreement for Airbnb reservations of 28 nights or longer, but NOT for shorter reservations.

If I enable Airbnb under the property's rental agreement rules and select the exception Stays of 28 nights or longer, is there a setting that will recognize the reservation length and only request signatures for qualifying bookings?

Or will OwnerRez request a signature from every Airbnb guest, including those staying fewer than 28 nights?

Ideally, I'd like OwnerRez to automatically upload the agreement to Airbnb and handle the signature requirement based on length of stay, without having to manually assign agreements to longer bookings.

Has anyone tested this, or can someone from OwnerRez clarify how it works?
