Looking for VA Communication / Customer Service

Hi All, 

I work with VA's in my day job so I'm familiar with how to find them. However, for the purposes of what I'm looking for (more of a 24/7 inbox / guest communication front-line / escalation service), it doesn't make sense to go find my own few VAs. I'm wondering if anyone else already has a service or firm or group of VA's they are working with that they can let me know about as a possibility to also manage our property communications as well.
