Anyone know what time the Support desk is open?
I'm assuming it is in Canada but they have 6 time zones? Last I heard on a ticket was an I'll look into it and get back to you on Friday 18:38 GMT.
I've got a client whose portal isn't showing all of their bookings across 7 properties. Plus OR is also failing on some automated messages.
