Are you management company or co-host that looks after other STR in Manchester, UK?

Hello Fellow Rezzies! 👋

I’m looking for STR management cover for 3–4 months initially, with view to a longer-term arrangement if we’re a good fit.

Ideally starting begin December 2026, although I have some flexibility.

📍 Location: Two established serviced apartments in Manchester’s Northern Quarter (M1 1JA).

I’m particularly interested in someone already using OwnerRez, as I’m keen to utilise its length-of-stay discounts to encourage more 2–7-night bookings.

A few things that are important to me:

• Local support: Someone who can attend the apartments when necessary. Pictures and videos are useful, but they don’t always tell the whole story!

• Established business: Both apartments have a great track record, with excellent reviews and Superhost status built up over 18 years. Great to keep using these:)

• Multiple booking channels: Most bookings come through Airbnb and Booking.com. We’re also on Vrbo and have our own website, with potential to grow direct bookings and reduce reliance on the major OTAs.

• Guest care: Someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience, looks after the properties and understands that good hosting is about more than just the bottom line. 😊

I’m looking for someone who can build on what’s already there rather than starting from scratch.
