Add Pricing to the Bookings Ribbon View

A suggested feature upgrade would include the nightly pricing on the bookings ribbon view.  This would only include those nights not booked.  The option would provide a quick reference to see what isn't booked to make a decision about pricing.  

OwnerRez is one of the most robust programs that we viewed during our search for the perfect software.  However, this is a common feature with other software providers.
