Allow Limited Staff to Add and Edit Assigned Properties

I would like to request expanded permissions for Limited Staff users that would allow them to create new properties and edit the configuration of properties assigned to them.

Currently, Limited Staff permissions are too restrictive for property managers who are responsible for onboarding and maintaining their assigned portfolios.

Ideally, I would like to see optional permissions that would allow Limited Staff to:

• Add new properties to an assigned portfolio or property group.

• Edit property descriptions, photos, amenities, and listing content.

• Configure property-specific settings, rates, fees, and availability.

• Manage channel-specific listing information and integrations for their assigned properties.

• Continue managing reservations and guest communications.

These permissions should be configurable by the account administrator, with access restricted to the properties assigned to each staff member.

Limited Staff should not need access to other properties, company-wide financial information, banking settings, or account administration to perform these functions.

For example, I am expanding my property management company and need a portfolio manager to independently onboard and manage approximately 30 properties. However, I also have personally owned properties within the same OwnerRez account, and I do not want that employee to have access to those properties or their financial information.

I have also submitted a request for property-level Full Admin access, but expanding Limited Staff permissions could accomplish the same goal while providing greater flexibility.

Ideally, property creation, property editing, and property-specific financial access would be separate permissions that the account administrator could enable or disable individually.

This would be particularly valuable for growing property management companies that delegate responsibilities across multiple employees or portfolios.
