After a guest inquires through our website I would like for us to answer their inquiry have a trigger set up that sends them a rental agreement to sign. I'd like the trigger for the rental agreement to go out when we send them the "answer and quote." Currently that isn’t possible and there is a message of “Only quote templates in the template settings can be sent for this event.” Can you remove that restriction?
Currently I have to create their booking FIRST and then a trigger is able to send them a rental agreement to sign. I don’t want it to happen in that order because my dates are blocked for other potential guests while I don’t have a signed rental agreement in hand from the first guest that inquired. We have had times in the past where potential guests are shopping around and end up going with a different place to stay. I don’t want my bookings blocked as we wait on someone to return a rental agreement who has booked a different place to stay and will never send us the agreement back. If another guest makes an inquiry for the same dates, I prefer to offer the property to whoever is the first one to sign the rental agreement, but the 2nd potential future guest won't be able to because the dates are already blocked waiting on the 1st person that inquired.
Are you able to adjust the backend to allow a trigger for the rental agreement to go out when the quote is sent? This is the ideal order of things to happen for our company.
Current Order things happen:
Quote – Booking Confirmed – Rental Agreement signed and returned
Desired Order for things to happen:
Quote – Rental Agreement signed and returned – Booking Confirmed
