Be able to Create Custom Groups on the dropdown menu under Properties on the Website

Instead of listing each and every property under the 'Properties' tab on the Website, it would be nice to be able to customize groups and manually set each property into the group. This could allow us to separate and categorize the dropdown menu by Building name, Number of Beds, Location, etc.
