Cleaner Done Checkbox so Door Codes can Activate Early, even better if a trigger goes to guest to let the know the unit is ready

In other words: 

When the cleaner is finished, she clicks a box. 

Then the door locks activate for the next guest and OR sends an email stating the unit is ready early 

This would be a great feature to have, with it's own template that goes out that is host adjustable if early check-in is available when cleaner is done.  It's crucial that any early check-in offered still falls within the guest's confirmed booking dates, as the property might be cleaned and prepared several days in advance of their scheduled arrival.
