PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add the field codes into the booking notes
I use Operto Teams for housekeepers etc. CottageStays really tries to be personal on a larger scale for instance as part of
CKIN task they have to write a card to the guest name "Welcome GUEST NAME to COTTAGE NAME Hope you fill this cottage with love and laughter" All of this is in their task
but we also give homemade doggie treats "Special treat for DOGNAME" which housekeepers do not have access to that name easily. There is a custom field in OwnerRez with the dogs name.
Operto cannot do a zap to pull that info in BUT they do pull Notes via Booking Tags from OwnerRez
So I put in the booking note dogname (BXDOGNAME)
But it isn't pulling that field-it's just sending that as text. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you allow the fields to work in there? this way changeover teams and housekeepers can write a note to each dog specifically
"Special Treat for Luna" to go along with the homemade doggie treats.
I have 50 properties and with OwnerRez and other technology like HostBuddy and OpertoTeams we can be personal on a larger scale.
