Full Administrative Access at the Property Level

I would like to request the ability to grant staff members Full Admin permissions for specific properties, rather than requiring Full Admin access to the entire OwnerRez account.

As a property management company, I need to delegate property onboarding and ongoing management to staff members responsible for specific portfolios.

Ideally, this permission level would allow staff to:

• Create and onboard new properties into their assigned portfolio.

• Edit property descriptions, photos, amenities, and listing content.

• Configure property settings, rates, fees, and availability.

• Manage reservations, guest communications, and day-to-day operations.

• Access booking and financial information for their assigned properties.

Most importantly, staff should not have access to other properties in the account or account-wide administrative settings.

For example, I manage properties for multiple owners and also have personally owned properties in the same OwnerRez account. I need my portfolio manager to have full operational control over her assigned properties without access to my personally owned properties or their financial information.

Limited Staff permissions are too restrictive for property onboarding and configuration, while Full Admin grants far more access than necessary.

I believe this would be a valuable feature for larger property management companies with multiple employees, departments, or portfolio managers.

Property-level Full Admin access would allow businesses to delegate responsibilities efficiently while maintaining appropriate privacy and security, without requiring multiple OwnerRez accounts.
