For those of us who have more traditional BnB properties, or multiple vacation rentals on one property, being listed on the Google Hotels map is absolutely vital. In the short time I was able to be listed on Google Hotels (before they removed me because my pricing wasn't able to sync accurately since my booking software doesn't integrate with Google Hotels...), I got WAY more bookings than from even Airbnb. This is how MANY people search for accommodations when looking in a specific area and we need to be able to have our properties listed with our pricing and availability synced from OwnerRez!
Hi Kelly M, did you figure out a setup to get on Google Hotels again? This is something I'm trying to do now for our Inn and it both seems like a big deal to get on Google Hotels and also like a huge headache without OwnerRez integrating so any recommendations are appreciated. The whole reason I've gone through so much setup with OwnerRez is so that I wouldn't have to manage multiple listing sites, pricing, calendars, etc and Google Hotels connectivity partners list includes 292 companies so it's a huge list and I'm surprised OwnerRez isn't a part of it. When I joined OwnerRez I was told they work with a number of BnB type properties but if that's the case I'm surprised this isn't considered a more pressing feature request. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

That would be great to have. We are using another mirror PMS just for their Google Hotels (the feature should also have Hotel Ads) and Expedia integration.

I want to echo this strongly. Google Hotels is a critical discovery channel, especially for hotel-like, inn, and multi-unit properties. Guests increasingly start with Google Maps / Google Hotels, not OTAs.
I’ve seen the same dynamic elsewhere: when pricing and availability are properly synced into Google Hotels, booking volume and booking quality materially increase. Losing that channel because of missing native integration creates real opportunity cost, particularly for properties operating beyond single-unit STRs.
I’m actively onboarding a new property that would benefit significantly from Google Hotels exposure, and native OwnerRez support here would meaningfully influence how we route inventory and prioritize direct booking efforts. This feels like a feature that unlocks outsized ROI relative to implementation effort, and I’d strongly encourage prioritizing it.
We are huge fans of OwnerRez and are actively searching for a hotel PMS just to be able to list on Google Meta Search (Google Hotels). I would much prefer stay with OR and build here, but it is a fundamental requirement for a boutique hotel to be able to market through Google (Meta) Hotels. Expedia would be amazing too ;)
This would be a big buildout if OR needed to add “room types” and things of that nature, but all of our boutique inns have unique rooms; no room types, so it’s essentially a grouping of short term rentals.
Way more important than the AI bells and whistles!
I gotta chime in here too! Really hurt losing access to Expedia Partner Central and Google Hotels when we moved from Lodgify to OwnerRez for a botique hotel.
Trying to get set up on Google Vacation Rentals instead but it's just not quite designed for multi units at the same property...

I’m not mad at the AI upgrades. It kinda kicked OR into the stratosphere (even though we had already partnered with another AI messaging service before OR launched theirs).
But Google Meta Search would be huge huge for us.
I started to use Rezzie but then stopped. Didn't like a lot of aspects about the answers and it took me more time to edit them than to answer myself or to use my templates.
