When looking at inbox, it will be much easier to not miss a guest message if the guest message is another font color (for example: blue). That way we can distinguish if the message is coming from a guest or if it is an automated message. Similarly, it will help a lot, if the amount of unread messages in a single message line could be a different color (again blue font) if there is a guest message that is unread. That way we can use inbox much more effectively and will be less chances of missing a guest message from different channels.
