Hi everyone,
We wanted to provide you with an honest update on the Marriott integration that many of you have been asking about. After careful evaluation of our development priorities and resources, we need to let you know that a Marriott integration won't be moving forward in 2025 as we had initially hoped.
Right now, our development team's focus has needed to be on strengthening and expanding our existing channel integrations. A Marriott integration would require significant dedicated resources and a complete ground-up build, which simply isn't feasible with our current roadmap.
Thanks for your understanding.
The lack of this feature is hurting those of us who are property managers. All the competition in our market is using it and this topic appears to be 3 years old 😩
As a property manager I agree and reconsidering PMS now.
We definitely need Marriott in our area as well to be competitive. I don’t understand your priorities for development. Marriott adds revenue to all PMs with more than 15 properties. A lot of your changes make the guest experience more pleasing, or makes the backend operations more efficient, but there’s no other projects that will add as much revenue as Marriott for all of your larger PMs. Please reconsider your prioritization of Marriott.
Strongly agree.
This is very important. I can’t think of a higher priority item than increasing PM revenue with this.

I agree. Adding Marriot and adding cancellation policies by season would be very advantageous to our business.

very disappointing
Really want to stick with OR, but also looking into other options as would really like to get on Marriott's site with lots of listings in our area. Please prioritize this!!!
I agree. I am looking at other PM systems also that integrate with Marriott. Hate to leave OR.
I appreciate the transparency on the Marriott integration update, and I completely understand the need for OR to prioritize resources where they make the most sense. That said, this channel is extremely important to many of us, and I’d love to ask if there’s anything we as users/hosts can do collectively to help move this forward.
We all know that switching PMS platforms just to access Marriott is a costly and disruptive process, so I’m wondering if there’s room for outside-of-the-box solutions. For example:
Would OR consider creating an “opt-in” premium add-on where those of us who really want Marriott could pay a higher per-property fee to help support the development costs?
Could a group of interested owners/hosts contribute toward the upfront cost in exchange for early access or beta testing?
Or is there some other way for us to demonstrate demand (surveys, commitments, pooled funding, etc.) that might help prioritize this integration?
I’d be very open to brainstorming alongside others in this community. If enough of us express interest, perhaps we can work with OR for a unified proposal.
Curious if anyone else here interested in exploring this kind of collaborative approach?
