Allow Property Managers to set up an Owner account so they can manage their own prices and discounts.
Property Managers need to manage Operations and don't always have time to micro manage pricing for all their properties.
As an Owner I strive for 80%+ occupancy and smart pricing is never perfect. We often end up with orphan days (Mon - Thurs) or empty weeks that need heavy discounting.
Having to text my property manager to change pricing is a waste of efficiency both for the Owner and the Property Manager especially when doing multiple revisions (for example under 30 days dropping weekly until it books).
This can be done by the following:
1. Allow "Staff Member" -> "Limited Access" to offer the option of "Rate Modification" and "Discount Modification", at the Property Manager's discretion.
Hey Shawn - Thanks for this!
Your Property Manager has the ability to give anyone they choose access to specific properties to make changes in the Property Manager's account. You can reach out to your Property Manager to discuss their tasks and their openness to doing this for you.
While they can give you full admin access to your property, there really isn't a way at this time for them to give you access to only update pricing in your property.
Can you list how this is done? We were unable to implement it without giving access to other owners properties and they contacted ownerrez and were told it’s not possible
They are open to do this and tried
please list step by step how this is possible

Hi Shawn,
Limited Staff Access is possible, but rate or discount modifications are not included in that access. You can read more on this topic here - https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/team-staff-access#limited
This request will remain open for voting!
Ok thanks for confirming this is not currently possible in Owner Rez
Basically I'm asking to add rate and discount modifications as an option to Limited Staff Access.
Modified original feature request to reflect this since the "limited access" portion is already implemented, just not rate or discount
