In creating custom Owner Statements, there should be an option for “Owner Net” WITHOUT the cleaning fee. This is confusing for our clients to see the cleaning fee added in at the top, and then removed in the Expenses below.
I do not charge my owners a cleaning fee - they don't get to see that
