Allow for modifications of the Quote page text.
The text below does not describe the circumstances for a long term stay. If one wants to reserve the time on a calendar for an entire several months stay and bill monthly, the language on this page confuses the potential guest. Even though I have told them that I will bill monthly, this text says that I will bill 100% of their outstanding balance on a specific day. Why not take this out entirely.
