Request Custom Field collection WITHOUT contact info per Airbnb

We are in a unique situation of having a parking registration requirement through our HOA. We would like to be able to collect Vehicle information without violating Airbnb's additional contact info requirement with a custom field and name but no email, phone number, or address collection. At this time, they must submit all of their custom information before submitting this field.
