Hey beta testers!

Thanks for all your feedback. Here's what set sail this week and what's coming next. Keep an eye on this forum thread for more updates down the road!

This Week's Releases:

• New shared FAQs, accessed from the global Rezzy settings area, to see and work on shared FAQs across properties. Includes publishing controls.

• New "Directives" settings, also accessed in the global Rezzy settings area, tell Rezzy what to do in certain scenarios. Think of these as SOPs (standard operating procedures).

• Smarter Availability Checks - When requested dates aren't available, Rezzy now suggests alternative available days instead of just saying "fully booked."

• Conversation Insights - Rezzy analyzes sentiment and provides thread summaries.

Coming Soon:

• Auto-respond mode

• After-hours mode and scheduling

• Task assignment and better resolution

• Wide release with pricing update

• Sentiment Analysis (happy/sad guest summaries)

Impressed with the response. Are you searching the internet now?

Response to a guest not being able to rent a motorcycle. Has information I have not entered. Actually, useful now.

No worries! You can still get around easily without a motorcycle. Here are your best options:

**Grab App** - Like Uber, very popular and affordable in Phuket. Download the app and you can book cars or motorcycle taxis.

**Tuk-tuks & Taxis** - Available throughout the area, though negotiate the price first.

**Songthaews** - Local shared pickup trucks, very cheap for longer distances.

**Walking** - Central Festival is just a 5-minute walk from your apartment, so you have shopping and restaurants right there.

The parking stickers the host mentioned are only needed if you have a car to park at the building. Since you don't have a vehicle, you don't need to worry about those.
