Solid Platform
The onboarding was thorough. Even when I wanted to rush forward with making it live, the Onboarding Team made sure we took the time to make sure everything was implemented correctly.
Alternatives considered: Guesty
Reason for choosing OwnerRez: It fit my needs better. Guesty was more expensive and seemed to be geared towards larger property management companies that manage hundreds of listings.
Switched from: iGMS
Reason for switching: OwnerRez is more robust. The ability to sync Quickbooks was important to me also.
Pros
I'm relatively new to the software. It appears to me to be very robust and have received comments when integrating with other software that it is very quick. It's a solid foundation for my business and with 3rd party apps I've been able to streamline my business to remain competitive.
Cons
This isn't a critique of OwnerRez as so much as Booking.com. I'm looking forward to OwnerRez mastering pushing data into Booking.com. At the same time I understand Booking.com doesn't make it easy.
