Tough start with great results
My overall experience has been great. Now that the growing pains are mostly behind me I am able to manage my listings.

Reason for choosing OwnerRez: Because they’re one of the most robust software companies out there. I heard they were difficult to get adjusted to but once you learn the ropes that they are amazing and I would agree.
Switched from: Hospitable
Reason for switching: They did not have all the features to be able to grow into a larger company
Pros
I love that it’s very robust and has a ton of features that many other PMS systems do not. They also integrate in with more than any other PMS.
Cons
The worst thing about OwnerRez is the learning curve. It was extremely difficult getting started with them. Even though they did offer one on one training. It took me a few of them and many hours to get the hang of it.
