I have been an Information Technology (IT) Director for most of my professional career, working across a wide array of enterprise and operational systems in multiple environments. Part of that experience includes time spent at a world-class, five-star resort in Florida, where customer service is exceptional across every component of the organization. That combination of broad technical leadership and high service hospitality has given me a very high standard for both technology platforms and the teams that support them.
Since initially working with OwnerRez, I have been very impressed. From an IT professional’s perspective, the consistently designed user interface makes the system almost self-explanatory. Workflows are logical, intuitive, and cohesive, allowing users to become productive quickly without sacrificing depth or control.
By leveraging OwnerRez's built-in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, I successfully implemented the system for a single property in less than a month. For a platform of this scope and flexibility, that timeline is exceptional.
Equally, if not more important, are the people behind the software. Every support request I have submitted has received timely responses, and the support team has consistently been knowledgeable, helpful, provided options, and genuinely pleasant to work with. That level of reliability and professionalism is critical during both implementation and ongoing operations, when my focus must be on guests, not on administrative functions.
Overall, the consistency in everything OwnerRez does clearly stands out. From system design to customer support, OwnerRez delivers a level of reliability, polish, and customer focus that is rare in almost any industry.

I can’t really compare OwnerRez’s features to other property management systems because this is the only platform I’ve used – but I did a lot of research before choosing it, and the deciding factor for me was the level of support on offer.
A PMS has so many levers and settings that you’re always going to need guidance, and the support from Rex and his team has been genuinely exceptional. In the vast majority of cases they get back to me within 24 working hours with clear, practical answers that actually solve the problem, not just generic help articles.
I’m only a single-property customer – effectively the lowest priority in commercial terms – yet I’ve always been treated as if my business really matters. Managing a house in Antigua while living in the UK brings plenty of complications, especially as most of OwnerRez’s customers are US-based, but the team has consistently helped me navigate everything.
For my needs, the platform does everything I require right now – and the outstanding support gives me real confidence for the future.

The program is intuitive, and every time I need to do something different, I'm amazed to see that there's a way to do it! They are always incredibly upbeat, helpful, smart and pleasant to work with. In 5 years I have never had a complaint. Even on holidays with a non-emergency, someone has gotten back to me to help. If I'm not mistaken, I think all their customer service people run properties on their own and it gives them so much insight and understanding. They not only figure out what to do, but sometimes they send me a video where they actually show me what to do using my own info. I run 12 cabins in the mountains in Southern California and with OwnerRez, I don't even have to pay someone to handle the communications around bookings...OR takes care of everything. Sometimes I call them with such a pickle of a problem and they have an easy way to handle it. They're the best.

Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: I did not like those platforms. They didn't help me and I felt like I was one of a million customers. I have no idea if it's true, but I feel like I'm special at OR. But I know i"m not...they are just real good at what they do.

The program is strong, broad and intelligent, but mostly I love the customer service. Every single member of the team is knowledgable and 100% understands my problem or requests and their help is spot on. There is so much fluidity in the program, which allows you to edit everything to be just the way you want it. It boggles my mind sometimes, when I see how intricate the system is in considering every alternative you may want to choose from. I've used two other property management softwares (well known brands in the industry) and OR is so much better. They don't pick up the phone when you call...so you don't get instant help. But there's nothing I hated more than people who picked up immediately but I couldn't understand a word they were saying and they didn't understand my problem. I wouldn't trade, in a million years, the kind of service you get with OR for someone who picks up immediately but doesn't really help.
When we shifted from strictly individual bookings to small retreats, some of the bells and whistles that OwnerRez can deliver, didn't really apply to us and once or twice I had a need that was just too outside the box for them. Not really their fault because they don't cater to retreats. But I depend on them so much and I found a way, often with their expert help, to make it work for us anyway.

Overall, OwnerRez has saved me time and money keeping everything organized and synced for me. I've been a real estate investor my entire adult life. I wish I knew about OwnerRez earlier in life.
The customer service person assigned to help me better my OwnerRez setup was phenomenal. She went out of her way to help me navigate and understand the OwnerRez website, my OwnerRez account and the multiple listing sites associated with my OwnerRez account. It became clear to me almost from the first minute that it would be silly for anyone joining OwnerRez to not sign up for the extra help. I knew just the time it saved me along with teaching me items would not have know on my own saved me more money than the program cost. No Brainer! Thanks again!!!

The Onboarding staff were all so friendly and helpful, they actually made it fun. Now that I'm up and running, OwnerRez is wonderful. It makes managing my properties effortless. I'm impressed with how efficient the employees and tools. Hip hip hooray so happy picked the right Property Management System!!!
So much to offer yet a little scary to get started. The onboarding team made the process easy and got back immediately when needed.
