I am new to the STR side of the business but have been in real estate for about 10 years. I have never had such a thorough and complete onboarding experience in all these years. Lisa was patient, she took notes of all my action items and sent step-by-step instructions for each after the call, and she provided expertise in an area that was very overwhelming for me to start. I went into the call praying she'd be able to help get me off the ground, and left feeling empowered and in control of everything, instead of fearful I may overlook something critical. I am so glad I took the time to schedule the call!

Our onboarding process was superb, and Jen from their team was available and super helpful. She made some key suggestions on how to make the listing more desirable.
Their staff is very attentive to the details and helped me get our listing live in a very short time.
Without help from their team, this would have been a difficult lift to build a listing by myself. Fortunately, they were there every step of the way.

My experience with Ownerrez has been 100% positive since I onboarded almost a year ago. The customer service is stellar; the program is user-friendly; the reports are easy to create; and, the website program is easy to set up, revise, and use.
My number one favorite thing about Ownerrez is it has an amazing, responsive customer service team! The onboarding one-on-one Zoom meeting was a game changer for me, as I'm an older generation and not as tech-savvy as I'd like to be. My questions that I've had, to date, have been thoroughly answered in a timely manner and with respect and encouragement. I believe my learning curve was greatly reduced because I was able to ask questions and get immediate feedback. My second favorite aspect of Ownerrez, after the live customer service assistance, is the incredibly user-friendly library of videos covering, literally, every single aspect of setting up and using Ownerrez. Step-by-step, easy to understand, screen shots of every step; it makes it really easy to research something I need help with before I have to call or email for assistance. As my confidence has grown in maneuvering and understanding the workings of the site and my website through them, I've become more adept at finding answers myself. My third favorite aspect of Ownerrez is the website capability. I BUILT MY OWN WEBSITE, and I'm an old Boomer! It was that easy and, again, I had easy to follow, step-by-step instructions and access to a live customer rep when I had questions. I love my website and I'm comfortable maneuvering around the dashboard to make changes and/or look for specific data.
My experience with Ownerrez has been entirely positive. I have nothing that would be a negative "likes the least" kind of issue.
