OR the best business decision we've made in longtime
We are a large rental agency, over 200 properties, with a very unique market. The ease of use, streamlining of former mundane tasks, customization, reporting, Help articles for DIY fixes, expert support when you tap-out and give up the DIY approach and much more make OR the best business decision we've made in longtime.
Reason for choosing OwnerRez: OR had more features we needed, a price point we were comfortable with and is founded by short term rental owners who get what is needed.
Pros
Founded by Short Term Rentals Hosts, they know how to build a product that performs as needed. OR is a time saver, a valuable tool, and a necessity for a Property Manager or Rental Agency!! We love the reporting, easy API connections, central inbox, bulk statement generation, desktop and mobile use, owner's portal, and more.
Cons
Easily the biggest con for us is that we didn't switch to OR sooner. From the minute we switched we wished we'd done it years before.
