It has been a great experience. I am the owner of my vacation rental and I am creative but not so technical, so any problems I've had have been answered usually in one day and with clear solutions provided by real humans not AI. I am in awe with the seamless integration of so many moving parts!

Cons
I would love if they had a person on staff or maybe a software capability to assist with the Quickbooks integration.
