Honestly the support is what kept me after the trial!
First and foremost the Direct Booking Widgets and Websites are what drew me in originally. Allowing users to embed widgets without prompting the guest to change sites, OwnerRez was the only software I found that allowed this. Moving forward I love that I'm able to Managing multiple listings for the properties while being able to use one platform for everything, rental agreements, house rules, etc..
I need to touch base in regards to their Rent Cancellation/Travel Protection + Damage Protection all of which are optional choices for guest during the booking process.
There are so many benefits to using OwnerRez.
Ken & Chris have offered awesome support no matter the issue. Just yesterday I think I emailed them 5 or 6 times and even more today. They are quick with response!!
Look no further. Set aside all the benefits. Think only of the support you'd need. Knowing they are 100% on their game. OwnerRez is the ONLY WAY TO GO!!
I tell ya, I haven't found one thing I dislike.

The concierge service was just what I needed - they set up everything, and they're help email is always quick to respond. The staff are all very friendly and willing to ensure you are set up for success.
The features of the hosted website, my website looks so professional. I was previously using Wix, and the difference in quality is astounding. The channel manager ensures all my photos match to all my listing channels.
They just removed a fee feature that allowed you to associate certain fees when using credit card processors, but was easily able to adjust and set up a surcharge to cover this.

We only have one property so I did the set up. I experienced prompt replies from OwnerRez onboarding and the customer service representatives when I was setting up OR. Their monthly rates are definitely compensatory based on the support that I have received.
Easy to use calendar to control blocking our dates, creating quotes, pulling reports, offering travel insurance, easy set up for payment and sending email. I do not connect to OTA's as we are building a direct booking rental.
I don't have any at the moment as my experience has been stress-less and easy.
