OwnerRez works really great. It's SO robust and has so many features! I'm very pleased with it - I've looked at a dozen different systems and did a test run of about 4 of them. None could do what OwnerRez does - it allowed me to do several functions I was unable to do in the other systems. And a HUGE PLUS: the customer support is amazing. They reply very quickly (business hours) and are extremely helpful.

Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: I still use Wix for my website, but replaced the Hotels function with OwnerRez. I also tried Lodgify, Smoobu and Vacation Rental Desk on a trial for my PMS/channel manager. OwnerRez has an easy to use interface and my favorite part is the ability to clearly see all the reservations at one glance. It also does several things that the others were not able to do, the biggest being the way it can nest and link different of my properties together to eliminate double bookings. (The others had this feature, but only at one level. I needed two levels - a linked property and then another link to a sub-property. OwnerRez handles this just fine!)

Even for a small potatoes single vaca property owner this software saves so much time from having to manage Vrbo and Airbnb separately it's totally worth the money.

I have tried three of their competitors and Ownerez has the best set of features for the price. Their messaging features are outstanding. Let's you stay in great contact with your guests in a completely automated way.

I love the many functions it offers, the ease of use, the customer support and help section, along with the forum, the price is outstanding and after trying out ALL the other options first, I can strongly say I wouldn't change a thing! 

Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez from Lodgify: Pricing is way better and it offers a lot more features with super easy to use interface.

I can't say enough about my positive experience with OwnerRez. I've been in real estate (sales & property management) for 20 years now so I've interacted with a multitude of online platforms and service providers and this has BY FAR been my best experience at getting one set up.

The guidance provided during this entire process is unmatched! Their support team is responsive, precise and professional! I worked with Ken primarily and he was the absolute best. Whenever I got stuck or needed advice or instructions on how to set something up he quickly pointed me in the right direction.

Their platform is organized, efficient, extremely in depth and yet easy to navigate and set up. As with everything, there is a learning curve, but once you get it all going it makes your vacation rental(s) so much easier to manage across the various rental sites.

Great bang for your buck. The features are amazing. I'm not very techy and was able to get everything set up with their guidance. If you feel overwhelmed, just be patient and take it one step at a time and don't hesitate to contact support for guidance.
