- It doesn't do literally **everything** needed to operate the business yet - though it gets better all the time. Integrated contact management would be a huge help.
We started renting our first property in 2011. I don't know how we would have managed without OwnerRez. We added our second in 2012 and having tow would have been impossible without the single pane of glass that OwnerRez offers. Some of the booking sites are trying to add features to emulate OwnerRez, but they pale by comparison. Also the customer service is outstanding.

The emailing system for guests notification and historical emails sent is priceless. The little things that I love about this software are; not having to handle credit card processing, awesome reporting features, multiple pricing options per unit, calendar widgets I can embed in my website, the list goes on and on. This software has definitely made my business easier, flow smoother, and come across more professionally to potential guests. When ever I have a question about how to do something in the program the staff are very quick with help. And they are extremely responsive if there is a problem on their end in resolving a glitch as sometimes can happen with any program. I love how they are always trying to improve their product. I know I'm not using the system to the fullest extent possible but appreciate this fantastic software and the responsive staff are the best.
