The software interfaces with other advertising companies (VRBO, TripAdvisor, HomeAway) and allows you to capture inquiries and return quotes to potential renters within minutes (fast response equals rental booking). I began as a beta tester. I have been very happy with being a part of this process. It is by far, the best software out there for Vacation Home Renters. They are constantly working on improving the system and they listen to everyone's concerns. Definitely recommend the use of this product. :)
