...New Features
Our rate system has undergone a number of major changes over the years. In fact, check out the original rates announcement from more than 10 years ago! A week later, we talked about recurring and specific-date seasons for the first time, though they were actually called "rate overrides" at the time. Wow, those posts make me feel old.
Over the following years, we changed that to a list...
...hannel Bridge, but haven't come up with a solution fit for general use as of yet. by /forums/users/347381996 Ken T – Mar 4, 2022 3:11 AM (UTC)
At the very least, you could add it as an automated recurring expense for all bookings on that channel (configured via the settings). The VRBO pay per book commission always comes out to exactly the sum of my base rate and my cleaning fee times 5%. So it’s pret...
...cleaning crew has a few days every year they do not work: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving.
Is it possible to make notes on our booking calendars of these recurring days?
I have already asked the question before about being able to note these days as "no flip" days but there doesn't seem to be a solution in the works for that.
I would be satisfied with a...
This is happening because the seasons are actually all overlapping. They're "Recurring" type seasons which recur every year. You've named them 2021 and 2022, but the date ranges are actually recurring every year.
To fix it, edit the seasons and change them to "Specific Date" type and set the dates on one to 1 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2021, and the dates on the other one to 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022.
Then...
Thanks for the suggestion!
We do not currently support repeating triggers because it can get very spammy. Consider someone who sets up a "daily" recurring trigger for 30 days before arrival with no criteria! The guest would simply get spammed every day with no way to stop it. 🙀
We have discussed recurring triggers before, but no ETA on that at this time. We want to make sure we do it right with the prop...
Me too... I'm looking for other PMS just because OR Statement, Expenses, Recurring Expenses... are all too "weak" solution :(
I love OR but as I'm growing I can't keep using excel to generate a readable statements (OR statements are not readable)
Have a similar question but my seasons are not "recurring", they are specific dates. Some overlapping seasons do show rates, some do not and I cannot figure out rhyme and reason.
Example:
Midseason
Mar 7, 2024 - Apr 13, 2024
Easter
Mar 28, 2024 - Mar 31, 2024...
Adding my voice to the chorus here. When emails automatically go out, guests like to respond with great information. That should be persisted to support recurring bookings and future communications with the guest.
This feature is needed! Thanks!
